Working from Home to some can be very rewarding, while to others it is devastating. With experience I have learned and taught that their is a strategy with working from home. It is very important to develop an attitude of gratitude, as Zig Zigler often says. The reason you need to have such a mind set, is so you can begin to have some appreciation of the concept of working from home. I heard a popular news network advertise that the average person working from home only produce 4 hours of work, for an 8 hour shift. That news would frighten any business, because production is everything, and with stats like that it would cause Micro Managing, which I personally HATE, (LOL) So what do we do then, how do we trust our team remotely? Does this create different reporting systems, online cameras activated? What do we do?
This answer of course would vary based on the company, the individuals, as well as the job functionality. For me the attitude is primary, because individuals who can work well without supervision, those who value goals and accomplishing them, are the ones who have an attitude of gratitude. This type of personality can adapt with the environment, whether children or at home, spouse, partners, or parents, these individuals with the attitude of seizing the opportunity, and the gratitude, of being grateful for income in the midst of any economical tragedy will use this to shine. As a supervisor, business owner and/or Human Resource Recruiter, it would take a little more digging into the background accomplishments, and/or the personality testing. I personally am not a good test taker, and because I tend to overthink things, I may not show well, hey that's just me. So I would as a recruiter talk openly, offer scenarios where the candidate can see themselves in the day to day operations while at home. Possibly as a supervisor creating reports that can be tracked to confirm said deadlines are on task. None the less it is a very delicate yet new age reality. We will bring this topic back again, so stay tuned.

Challenges are inevitable in so many areas of our lives, so why should our career goals be any different. You often hear others mention a J.O.B. is "Just Over Broke" at one time it was true for many of us, but can it be "Just Outrageously Blessed". We have to remember people often talk from where they are, not often for where they are going. You may have also heard that "one man's trash is another man's treasures" so it is where you see yourself.
With this said in the areas of careers, being employed is not a bad thing, and it doesn't mean that if you are not running your own business you are not successful either, take this food for thought; if a job's true achievement is just making the business owners happy, and that they are only building others dreams by which they are employed, then who has the passion or desire to do the assignments necessary to complete the total vision. Someone's desired goal maybe to operate in the position in which they have chosen to do with the firm that offers mutual respect, then that does not at any means negate that their are NOT living their dream. (Unless having the business, and that is your dream.) The reason I stated this, is because building a business, may offer the dream J.O.B. to others, and they can be "Just Outrageously Blessed" fulfilling that dream, does that makes sense? The J.O.B. which offers higher pay, does not mean they are happy. The key is fulfilling the passion in which you are called. Stay encourage on the endeavors you set for yourself and companies like this one is here to assist you with the goals, for both the companies and/or the J.O.B. Seekers dream (Just Outrageously Blessed) in their desired careers of their dreams. Make the challenge in your favor and follow your DREAM. Thank you to all of those who have accepted the dream to protect our nation, and keep us healthy, while maintaining structure within our government. With over 15 years as a recruiter (Head Hunter), from executives, administrative assistants (legal and medical) to cooks, waitresses, and managers, I have found the bottom line is the same with all of my clientele, no matter the industry; qualified individuals, who will be placed in the desired time frame with the personality to match their corporate family is always the goal. Upon completing this blog, I am sure you will agree why it is in a companies best interest to invest in their recruiting process.
Walk with me and let me assure you why it is in your best interest also to utilize a specialist to assist with hiring and the on boarding part of your team. So we have all agreed that your time is money, and we have done the math on what you are spending in hours of advertising, and phone calls, interviewing (first and second) and the final process of bringing on a qualified teammate. We agree this can be very expensive, and then having to repeat that process again, well you guest it, this has now cost the company more than times three the amount, because now you have to reinvest more to replace all of the trainings. When you invest once with a qualified recruiting firm like Excellerated Business Solutions you now can focus on what you do to grow your business, and our team is now focusing on giving you that qualified individual with a replacement guarantee. Many companies have both found that allowing an outsourcing firm, to handle the recruiting, does in fact save time which is money, and they can continue to putting their focus on the primary goal of the business. In conclusion: I am sure you do agree that we have determined that your investment with a recruiter is more than money, it is a peace of mind knowing that with your interviews, you are only meeting qualified people, and that your choice will come from pre-approved candidates in which to make your selection, and your focus can remain on building your core business.
